Murali Anantharaman, President
Murali helps guide company
and product strategy as well as business
development. Murali’s background
is in the venture capital industry,
as managing partner of LiveOak Equity
Partners, an Atlanta-based venture
capital firm with $70 million in capital
under management. LiveOak provides
equity growth capital to companies
in the technology and healthcare industries.
Earlier, Murali was a partner at EGL
Holdings, an Atlanta-based private
equity firm investing in companies
in a broad range of industries, including
consumer products, manufacturing and
distribution. Prior to that, Murali
was a Vice President with CSP International,
a management strategy consulting firm
focused on the information technology
and telecommunications industries,
and earlier with General Electric
in product management and manufacturing
functions.
Murali has served on the Boards of
Directors of numerous private and
public companies. He currently serves
on several private company Boards. Murali has a Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering from the University
of Madras, a Master’s degree
in Operations Research from Case Western
Reserve University and a Master’s
in Business Administration from Harvard
University.

Rob Andes, EVP Engineering
Rob Andes has served in increasing
responsibility and accountability
roles in technology throughout his
career holding positions as key executive
and lead team member of numerous software
applications companies. Most recently,
Andes served as Chief Technology Officer
at Agris/John Deere, where he led
the design and development of new
products, provided quantitative analysis,
strategic technology planning, and
business development for the software
product line.
Prior to Deere, Andes was Senior
Vice President of Systems and Technology
Engineering for Dantis, Inc. and as
Vice President of Engineering/Chief
Architect for ProBusiness Services,
Inc. where he played a key role in
the successful acquisition of Conduit
Software. From 1997-1999, Andes was
CTO/Vice President of Development
for Conduit Software where he had
executive responsibility for strategic
planning, concept, architectural specification,
and implementation of Conduit’s
advanced Web-based software products.
