Training
We provide a comprehensive education programs to help our clients and partners master the capabilities of the Concert Suite. Training sessions are conducted at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia or on-site at customer and partner locations as well as via the world wide web.
Our training programs are conducted by Synapse Analytics industry professionals. Just like the Concert Suite, our training sessions are fully customized along your application to meet your objectives. Training is an integral part of our implementation process, and allows our clients to manage their application as internal needs change. Our training sessions are primarily divided into the user level application training and the administration training module.
