Core Concept worked alongside Bennett Group and Iredale Architecture to complete the onsite and offsite roadworks and utility servicing designs for Emerald Gardens. Located at 6888 Cooney Road in central Richmond, Emerald Gardens features condominiums and townhomes boasting architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and offers sweeping views in a prime location.
